Registry rebuilt around deployment classifications
Every node now carries one of seven deployment classifications and an integration status instead of a single generic “live” label. The 25 configured shared-record surfaces, the infrastructure registry and the seven-phase deployment roadmap were published.

Marketplace layer separated from record layer
Existing marketplace listings are now described as an owned distribution foundation, explicitly separate from verified Business Records.
